4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It's one of the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs just 24 pounds. without infant car seat attachments. This is quite light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together easily and can be road-ready in less than 10 minutes. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in therefore your children will require their own sunshades in case they require extra protection from the elements.
During our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that handled well. It's able to navigate most terrains easily, but it isn't able to navigate over muddy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to navigate over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road, however its suspension system will help to minimize bumps.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container, it's difficult to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers a separate baby carrier bag under the seat to aid in addressing this issue.
In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more flexibility. Its seating configuration versatility is a nice feature, however it lets parents put their children's infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their requirements.
